I liked it that they went on an adventure and found out different answers, so they asked their Grandma and she said there wasn't just one answer... it means that we don't really know!

I admit that I was quietly skeptical about the possibility of introducing fundamental fizzywopsicle - sorry, philosophical - questions of the sort that keep us all awake at night from time to time to children as young as 5-6, but with the infectious enthusiasm and great patience of The Rapscallions coupled with the clear, accessible, fun text and illustrations, my skepticism proved joyfully unsubstantiated.
